If you want to make it to your football soccer school team, there are some considerations to be made in order to do so. You have to be aware of when try-outs will be so get info about dates and procedures. If your school offers any kind of fitness week or program, join it. Exercisewise, gain resistance so you can run at least 12 straight minutes, work on your juggling at home. Do your stretching, sprint, plyometrics, weight and ball work routine before the try outs.
Remember to keep a positive attitude toward the other players and the trainers. follow a complete weight routine for your upper and lower body. Good Luck!
